Here you can request the deactivation or deletion of any of your Neozoa accounts. First of all though: I’m sad to see you go.. If there’s anything I can do to make you change your mind, write me a message (here) and I’ll get back to you!
If not, and you really want to deactivate or delete your account, then here’s the process:
- Fill out the following form and send it to me.
- You will receive an email to confirm the deletion (I need to make sure nobody else tries to deactive or delete your account).
- After your confirmation, your account(s) will be deleted or deactivated.
- If you request your accounts to be deactivated, they will no longer be visible to other players and you can no longer use the account in the game. But the data will be kept, sleeping in our data base. So if you ever come back, your account and progress can be restored.
- If you request your accounts to be deleted, all your data will be deleted (that law does not require us to keep) or completely anonymized. So if you ever come back, you will have to start all over, there’s no way for me or anybody else to restore your data, it’s gone.
