This privacy policy governs data collection within Neozoa Entertainment apps on any device and platform, including computers, mobile devices, or other media (each referred to as an “App” and collectively as the “Apps”, including all Neozoa Entertainment games). It also applies to any additional services related to our Apps or our website, such as customer support, social media, and community channels. We refer to all our Apps and related services collectively as our “Services”.
By using our Apps or interacting with our website or other services, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with this privacy policy. If you have concerns about providing information to us or its use as described in this privacy policy, you should not use our Apps or other services.

Data Collection

When you use our services, we collect data about you. Depending on which of our services you interact with, we collect and process the following types of information: 

  • Information about how you use and interact with our Apps and other services.

  • In certain jurisdictions, we collect your date of birth and/or age to comply with applicable local regulations.

We collect device identifiers and other related information, including: 

  • The type of device(s) you use to access our Apps or other services, identifiers such as IP address, device identifiers, a player ID, and the country or region in which you are playing. 
  • How you use our Apps and interact with our other services (for example, which of our games you play, your progress in the games, session times and durations, purchases made).

If you purchase items in our mobile Apps through the App Store or Google Play, or purchase and redeem vouchers for our Apps, we do not collect or store any payment information from you.

Data Usage

We will use this information: 

  • to enable us to provide our services to you; 
  • to provide you with support when needed; 
  • to optimize our services for you and the device you use; 
  • for the other purposes mentioned in this privacy policy; 
  • to enable us to comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, ensure compliance with our terms of use, or, if necessary, to defend, exercise, or establish our legal rights.

We analyze and use anonymized or aggregated data for product development and improvement of our Apps and other services.

Customer services

We use your data, including information from direct communication, to provide you with support through our customer service upon request. We will also use this information to contact you, such as for customer service purposes or to send you updates about our services. Lastly, we use your information to manage your account and relationship with us and to enhance your experience when using our services.

Social and community

We have multiple social media or community channels through which we communicate with our customers. If you choose to interact with these channels, we will receive and use your information in connection with these channels. We also reserve the right to repost your contributions on these channels.

Unacceptable behavior

We will use personal data to prevent fraud, crime, toxic, and abusive behavior. We monitor our services using various tools, including AI tools, to detect such activities. We will process your personal data to monitor your account for unusual usage behavior. If required, we will also share your information with fraud prevention agencies and other organizations, such as the police.

Neozoa Entertainment identifiers and profiles

When you use our Apps, either with or without creating an account, we provide you with a randomly generated unique identifier. If you choose to create an account, this identifier will be supplemented with your personal information and will become your Neozoa Entertainment profile. We can then identify you based on your personal information. Your Neozoa Entertainment profile and the information contained within it will be visible to other users of our services according to your settings. If you choose to create a Neozoa Entertainment profile and set your information to be publicly visible, it will be visible to your friends and other players worldwide.

Chat

Some of our services include a chat feature. Users of our chat services can send messages to other users or to our customer service. Your messages are used and stored by us to transmit your messages and to allow you and your recipients to view your message history. We reserve the right to monitor and review the content of your messages in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including using automatic filters and/or AI tools, to prevent toxic and abusive behavior and to ensure you comply with our terms of use. We also reserve the right to terminate your use of our chat services or block the sending of a message for any reason. We will not use the content of your chat messages for other purposes.

Data Storage and Security

Neozoa Entertainment takes appropriate security and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. Additionally, we require our partners who process personal data on our behalf to also take a range of security measures designed to protect your personal data and maintain an appropriate level of security. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information online and offline, as the Internet is inherently not a secure environment and the nature of security risks is constantly evolving. Therefore, you should always exercise caution when sharing your information online.

Neozoa Entertainment treats your personal information as confidential unless it is inherently non-confidential, such as publicly accessible information like user-generated content, leaderboards, and scores, or information you post or publish on social media.

We use servers and engage providers that are located in Frankfurt, Germany. We may transfer your information to jurisdictions outside of where you live. 

User Rights

You have certain rights regarding your personal information and its processing by us. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us through one of the methods listed in the “Contact” section below. These rights include:

Miscellaneous

Children

Depending on your location, you must be of a certain age to use our services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals below the relevant age and do not target interest-based advertisements to such individuals. If you believe we may have information from or about a child under the specified age, please contact us. If it is determined that we have collected personal information from a child under the relevant age, we will delete this information as soon as possible.
